You are invited to participate in an academic study on instructional leadership, teacher self-efficacy, and classroom instructional quality in vocational education institutions in Hebei Province, China. Participation is voluntary and anonymous. The questionnaire will take approximately 8 to 12 minutes. No personal identifying information will be collected.
