The bible as it is called in Sweden, is a catalogue and is the official guide to all alcohol sold in the country. There are strict drinking laws in Sweden and because of this the government has total control of the alcohol industry. All alcohol that is not beer is only sold in government registered alcohol shops, hence the bible. Beers can be bought in supermarkets but that is the only alcohol found there.
